EU right of withdrawal
LUZZU delivers digital content immediately. At checkout you give explicit consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted by the Consumer Rights Directive.
Our own promise
Despite the waiver: if you purchased and the product genuinely doesn't work for you — technical failure we can't fix, or you used fewer than three scored answers — email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. We would rather refund than argue.
Captain plan reviews
If a human tutor review is not delivered within 48 hours of your submission, you may request a refund of the difference between Captain and Navigator.
How to request
Email k.gatt@gaix.com.mt (or WhatsApp +356 77540740) from your account email with your receipt. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
