Privacy Policy

LUZZU is a study tool, a product of GAIX (an operating brand of SP&P Company Limited, Malta — VAT MT 27741619). We collect the minimum needed to run it, and your voice is never kept.

What we collect

Your email (for sign-in), your practice transcripts and scores (so you can track progress), and technical usage counts (to prevent abuse). Anonymous practice is stored only on your own device until you sign in.

Your voice recordings

Audio is sent to our speech-to-text provider (Deepgram) once, to produce a transcript, and is not stored by us afterwards. Transcripts are scored by an AI provider (Anthropic). Both act as processors under our instructions. If your browser handles speech locally, audio never leaves your device.

International transfers

Our processors may operate outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, transcripts, and scores.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
